SYNOPSIS: The ‘Silvi-Pastoril’ in the Ourobranco fazenda located in Mato Grosso do Sul (Brazil) is the largest plant of this kind in South America. This pioneering project allows for two fantastic results in the agro-food field: increasing grazing productivity, and at the same time a great environmental sustainability thanks to the capture of greenhouse gas emissions and their subsequent conversion into oxygen.
This film shows the positive effects that such a system could have on our environment and suggests a possible perspective on the future of food production.
